What is a Betrayal Support Group?

There is a unique kind of heartbreak that comes with betrayal.

The shock. The confusion. The constant questions.

The feeling that life no longer feels safe or familiar. You may wonder: Will I ever feel like myself again? How did I not see his betrayals?

Can I ever trust him — or even trust myself — again?

If you are carrying the pain of betrayal, you do not have to walk through it alone. Our women’s support groups offer a gentle, safe, and understanding space for healing alongside other women who understand the devastation of betrayal trauma. Here, you will be met with compassion — not judgment — as you begin to process your story, regain your footing, and slowly reconnect with hope.

Together, we explore the emotional impact of betrayal, intimacy disorders, integrity abuse, and relational trauma while learning practical tools for healing, grounding, and emotional safety.

This is a place where your story matters

Initial 6-month commitment
Most support groups stay together for a year or more, and an initial six-month commitment helps every member feel safe sharing intimate information within the group. After a 30-minute consultation — once we both know we’re a good fit — you’ll receive full details, including a group covenant, when you’re ready to join.
You deserve support while navigating one of life’s most painful experiences.
Healing does not happen in isolation. It happens in safe connection, compassionate understanding, and the presence of women who remind you that you are not alone. Most members become lifelong friends who support each other through the worst and best of times.
